Moscow: No New Year restrictions planned
Mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin: mass events in Moscow New Year holidays are not planned, additional restrictions and fines will not be introduced.
Sergei Sobyanin told Rossiya 24: We do not plan any additional restrictions, we do not plan any additional penalties and administrative sanctions. Muscovites will walk through streets, parks, squares, but we are not going to organize any mass special events there.
