Adventure trips in May: where will the Russians go?
Experts told how much the author’s tours for the May holidays in the most popular among independent tourists regions.
The company's specialists analyzed booking data and determined that over the year the average cost of such a holiday - adventure and cycling tours, gastro and eno travel, hiking in the mountains - increased by 15.6%, and demand - by 7%.
- In Dagestan Nearly half of the service’s customers will go. The average cost of the tour is 38.6 thousand rubles, which is 13% higher than last year.
- altai - the second most popular region, 15% of tours sold there. The average cost of the tour is 47 thousand rubles, which is 21% higher than last year.
- Other popular destinations are Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia, Karachay-Cherkessia, Pyatigorsk and Minvoda. These destinations accounted for a third of all tours purchased for the May holidays.
Prices
Experts note the increase in the cost of recreation in these regions for the May holidays. In 2023, in Kabardino-Balkaria, such holidays cost an average of 29 thousand rubles, and in this - 53 thousand for one. The average cost of adventure holidays in North Ossetia rose from 36 thousand to 61 thousand rubles, and in Ingushetia – from 33 thousand to 77 thousand rubles.
