Rosturizm opens a hotline for tourists who will not be able to get cashback after buying tours in Russia

On August 20, Rostourism will open a hotline for tourists who will have problems getting cashback after buying tours in Russia as part of the domestic tourism subsidy program.

The head of the department Zarina Doguzova recalled that under the cashback program for trips to Russia, tourists should receive a refund within a maximum of five days, but if for some technical reason this does not happen, they will be able to contact the Rostourism hotline.

We specially organized it together with the Mir so that tourists could apply promptly, receive qualified assistance, and answer questions. If, for some technical reason or mistake, cashback does not come, we will promptly provide support to such citizens. The hotline phone will work tomorrow, and we will post all the information on the website of world travel. There will also be information about chatbots in WhatsApp, so that those citizens who are more comfortable writing in messengers can get answers to their questions.

According to Doguzova, already now Rosturizm and the Association "Tourist Help" receive questions on the purchase of tours within the program.

The sale of travel in Russia will begin on the night of August 21 and will continue until August 28. Within its framework, tourists can get a cashback of up to 20% of the cost of tours under the conditions: the duration of the trip should not be less than 4 nights, you need to pay with an online card "Mir" on the website of the tour operator or hotel. The government allocated 15 billion rubles for the implementation of the program.
