How many passengers did Russian airlines carry in 2020?
Rosaviatsia reported that from January to December 2020, Russian carriers served 69.17 million passengers, 46% less than in 2019.
Passenger turnover for 12 months reached 153.43 billion passenger kilometers (-52%).
In 2021, the situation for airlines is as follows: Aeroflot carried 14.6 million passengers (- 61% compared to 2019), Pobeda - 9.1 million passengers (- 12%), Russia - 5.7 million passengers (-51%), Ural Airlines - 5.6 million passengers (- 41%).
The indicators of Siberia for 2020 show a decrease of 31%, 12.3 million passengers used the airline’s services (compared to the indicators of the S7 Airlines group – Siberia and Globus in 2019).
