The stadium was opened in 2003. Its name corresponds to the nickname of the team - "dragons". The stadium has a round shape, with stands as close to the field as possible. Its roof covers almost 100% of the stands, the capacity of which is more than 52 thousand fans. This arena is rightly considered one of the most beautiful in Europe.
The stadium hosted matches of the 2004 European Championship. Also in 2006, the stadium hosted a concert by the world-famous Rolling Stones. Another important event that took place in the arena was the final of the race of champions in 2009.
