Amshen court

Amshensky yard is famous for its uniquely tasty Caucasian cuisine, where almost everything is prepared before your eyes - from bread, various dishes to drinks. Here, as in ancient times, in any Armenian house, guests are always welcome: in the hearth in the middle of the sakli, fire is maintained, meat, fish and cheese are smoked, hot bread is baked in the oven, the famous yoke is baked on pans (thin lavash from fresh dough with cheese, eggs, greens).
