Swan Lake

About the company:
A new project from the authors of the cafe "Like in the Canaries" and the club-restaurant "Solyanka"! "Swan Lake" is located next to the Neskuchny Garden on the shore of the Golitsynsky pond, where those swans live. This is not a restaurant in its pure form, but an institution of a mixed genre, which is more suitable for the wording "summer holiday center". Here you can experience all the resort joys without leaving the city. At the same time, "Lake" is easy to interpret as "his" place, where there is a characteristic environment. In the daytime - a family restaurant, where you can ride a scooter or come with children. In the evening and at night – a club-like institution, where people will come from parties to relax from the noise and bustle or just “change the picture”. No false pathos will be bred here: Swan Lake is designed to become a place where it will be convenient and cozy, from where you will not want to leave. All furniture is brought from Thailand: tables and chairs made of an array of teak wood, antique swings made of teak, Chinese umbrellas installed above sun loungers. The lake consists of several verandas and terraces, a bar area and a swimming pool - in the heat you can drink cocktails right in the water. Massage tables will be placed on one of the closed verandas, where girls sent from Thailand will massage guests and conduct simple SPA treatments. The menu of "Swan Lake" is based on the general ideas of a resident of the metropolis about the resort cuisine. This is a fusion mix of European dishes, Thai elements (the real tome pits, seafood) and Caucasian traditions (khachapuri and khinkali, for which a chef who came from North Ossetia is responsible; kebab will be handled by a professional from Georgia). All dishes, even from the Caucasian section, in Swan Lake are presented in the so-called "Thai serving" - on banana leaves. There will be cold soups, a choice of grilled meat, and author’s salads, as well as an original cocktail card with a large number of light fruit and berry mixes and non-alcoholic lemonades (from raspberries, black currant, rose hips and even elderberry).
