Julia Petrovskaya

Native Yaroslavna, 25 years of experience as a tour guide. From 2008 to 2016, she headed the excursion department of the Yaroslavl State Museum-Reserve. Currently, I work as the head of the methodological department in this museum and prepare guides for Yaroslavl. I am a prize-winner of the competition "Best in Profession in the Tourism Industry 2016" in the nomination "Best Tour Guide", which was held by the Yaroslavl Region Tourism Agency. I have a number of documents confirming my qualifications.

I offer walking tours of the historical part of the city, bus and car excursions, as well as with pleasure I will pump you by my own car and professionally show all the sights of our beautiful city and its surroundings.

The excursion program is made individually depending on the time available to tourists and their preferences. Tourists will see the entire historical part of Yaroslavl, which in 2005 was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, all the objects depicted on the 1000-ruble bill, the famous Strelka (the place of the confluence of two rivers), all the central squares of the city, the most striking temples of the XVII century. Guests of the city will learn about how Yaroslavl was the capital of the Russian state, about the life of our ancestors on a merchant scale, about the great patrons of the past and present.

I also suggest visiting the Tolga Monastery, the first revived convent in Russia. On the way you will get acquainted with the Yaroslavl Volga region.
