Fountain at Plaza Mall

Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand

Description:

Bangkok is famous for its shopping centers. One of them is Geisorne Plaza. More than a hundred branded stores are located inside it and attract lovers of shopping. A boutique walk can take a whole day. But for those who have wandered plenty of shops, there will be a cozy square in which the fountain is located. Its length is 55 meters. Built in 1975, it has a rectangle shape and is lined with granite slabs. The jets of water flow from the left side, descend to the surface, forming foam and splashes. The author of the project is Friedrich Hundertwasser. Reconstruction took place in 2005. Along the fountain in the shade are benches for rest. You can take the subway to Chit Lom station.
