Bangkok is a dynamic and multifaceted point on the map for travel, where the bustle of the city is combined with convenient access to the surroundings and neighboring areas. From here it is convenient to go on organized tours around the city itself, to the suburban areas of Samut Prakan and Chonburi, as well as to the nearest cities and neighboring provinces to see the diversity of local culture and nature in compact trips.
Inside the city and in its surroundings you will find iconic routes: evening cruises on the Chao Phraya River, allowing you to see the capital from the water, and Meang Boran (Ancient City) – a large-scale park-museum of about 320 acres with copies of the main historical and architectural monuments of Thailand. In the suburbs and neighboring areas, visits to large facilities for family excursions are popular, including the Khao Kheow Zoo and the Garden of Exotic Fruits, where you can get acquainted with the flora and fauna of the region.
The nature around Bangkok offers contrasts: quiet coastal areas and green parks in neighboring provinces, spacious botanical gardens and outdoor zoos. Outdoor enthusiasts will find walks along rivers and canals, boat routes along Chao Phraya, as well as short trips to nature within the nearest areas - all options are suitable for family relaxation, and for dynamic hikes in small groups.
Special attention in local programs is paid to meetings with local residents and artisans: visiting exotic fruit gardens, tasting seasonal fruits and meeting with farmers in the suburbs give a lively understanding of local life. Ethno-excursions and master classes with artisans are immersed in the traditions of the region, and relaxation programs and spas in neighboring areas help to restore strength after a busy day of excursions.
The tour formats are flexible: individual trips and group excursions are available, hiking routes through historical quarters, road trips to neighboring cities and river cruises on Chao Phraya. Local guides offer author’s routes and unique routings that reveal little-known corners near the city and make each trip personal and rich in experiences.
