Wat Samphran Temple
Sampran a Sampran CH Nakorpthom, Bangkok, Thailand
Description:
The temple of Wat Samphan is an eighty-meter building in the shape of a pink cylinder, around which a huge fairy-tale dragon is wrapped. The temple is located fifty kilometers west of the capital of Thailand in the city of Nakhonpath. It looks unusual against the background of ordinary Buddhist temples. Of all the seventeen floors, only ten are allowed to visit, the rest are used by monks for service or are living quarters. There is access to the body of the dragon, which can be accessed to the roof of the building, which overlooks the city. Around the temple there is a picturesque park with many sculptures.
