Park Lumpini
Description:
On the territory of the park there are two lakes, sports grounds for playing tennis, running and bicycle paths, numerous areas with projectiles and simulators, playgrounds, a public library and a palm garden. In the park, gymnastics and fitness are absolutely free every evening for everyone.
The entrance to the park is open from 4.30am to ninepm. You can ride bicycles from 9 to 3 days, walking any animals and smoking are prohibited, because this is a place of a healthy lifestyle!
Lumpini Park is famous for its large lizards and turtles that live in the lakes and canals of the park. They feel themselves masters here and peacefully soak up in the sun, allowing themselves to be photographed. All the lakes and canals are full of fish.
From February to March, symphonic musical evenings are held in the palm garden, and waltz pads are organized around. The same part of the park is popular among Thais as a place for weddings.
