Atakule Tower

In the heart of the capital of Turkey there is an observation tower Atakule, which fascinates with its view. Residents can see it from almost any side of the city. The tower is built in an impressive modern style. It was installed in 1989, its height is 125 meters. At the very top there is an incredible size translucent sphere, in which there are as many as 2 restaurants and the observation deck itself. One of the establishments called “Sevilla” is known for the fact that in 1 hour it completely revolves around the tower. Thanks to this idea, guests of the institution have the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable view of the whole city during the meal. The second restaurant is called the “Dome” and is located, as you might understand, under the dome itself. Entrance to the tower is paid, but subject to a preliminary reservation of a table in one of the restaurants, you can get there for free. Such an incredible view is worth seeing!

How do you get to the Atakula Tower? It is located on the corner of two avenues: Chankaya Caddesi and Cinnah Caddes. This place is a little south of the city center. You can get here by bus or by subway. You can stay in one of the nearby hotels, such as the King Hotel Çankaya. This will help to reach the Atacula much faster.
