Yenimahalle, Atat rk Orman & #199 iftli i, Ankara

About the company:

This building served as the residence of Mustafa Kemal during his lifetime, and was later transformed into a museum telling about the life and activities of Atatürk in the struggle for the formation of the Turkish state.

The building is made in neoclassical style. It consists of three floors and a basement, has a rectangular shape, and a covered gallery is located on the back facade.

This house was built in 1908. Mustafa Kemal took it on loan after returning from the front, and here he lived for a long time with his mother and sister. After the death of Atatürk, this house was transferred to a private management, and only in 1980 it was owned by the Ministry of Culture of Turkey, after which the building was completely restored and a museum exposition was opened in it.
