Günlüklü beach

It is rare today to find a resort in which there are almost no multi-storey buildings and industrial enterprises. But there are two seas – Aegean and Mediterranean and wonderful beaches with snow-white sand. And on the shore you can admire the mountains with green coniferous slopes and beautiful palm trees. By the way, the abundance of coniferous trees makes the local air truly healing.

Fethiye is the easternmost resort of the Aegean coast and is very cozy. There are several beaches here, some of them are reserves, so entrance to them is paid. Some hotels have their own beaches, strangers can also get here for money, but the cost of staying on the beach and sunbeds is usually small.

Swimming in the sea begins in April. But for a beach holiday, the best period is from June to September.

Gonliuklü beach is a place for lovers of quiet relaxation. There are no noisy bars and mass entertainment, but the water is clear and blue. Gonlüklü is a very green place where there are many conifers and ambergris trees. Fethiye is about 20 kilometers from here, but it is worth to overcome this distance for the sake of unity with nature.
