Let me introduce myself, Raya Reyhan is your personal tour guide to Istanbul (State License No. 05105 for the provision of tourist services).

I have been working in tourism for 11 years. I am fluent in Russian and Turkish. A little about me. Born in Kazakhstan, Almaty. I have lived in Turkey since 1999. She received a pedagogical education. She worked in such cities as Ankara, Antalya, Istanbul. I live in Istanbul because I fell in love with this ancient city. Mysterious and majestic, noisy and fabulously beautiful, Istanbul is a bridge between Europe and Asia, between the traditional East and the modern West.

Throughout its rich history, it managed to change several names and visit the capital of four empires: Roman and Byzantine, Ottoman and Latin. Today, the capital of Turkey, its main cultural, commercial and industrial center is divided into two halves even geographically. It is located on two banks of the Bosphorus Strait, and therefore on two continents at once. The European part of the capital is conditionally divided by the Golden Horn Bay: The old town with its famous sights has largely preserved its medieval appearance, and business and commercial life is concentrated in the New. The Asian part is less popular with tourists, but it is here that you can study the traditions and life of local residents in great detail. Istanbul is many-faced: solemn squares coexist here with cozy courtyards, intricate narrow streets with bright avenues, ancient mosques with modern mansions. A crowded, boiling metropolis remains a city for contemplation, for a leisurely immersion in an amazing world where times and cultures have mixed. This was probably the defining moment in choosing my current touring profession.
