Excursion to the Kuchi tunnels + culinary course with the chef
Description:
The famous guerrilla tunnels in the Kuchi area attract about 2 million tourists every year.
And this is not surprising, because the network of underground tunnels with a length of 250 km can rightly be called the “eighth wonder of the world”.
We will watch a documentary of the 1967 creation, visit the dugouts, the tunnels themselves, the medical center and the field kitchen, where we will try a partisan ration, a shooting range, where you can shoot.
After the tour, we will look at the local chef and learn under his guidance to cook delicious Vietnamese dishes from fresh ingredients from the local eco-farm, which we will then dine with.
While visiting the chef, we will visit a plantation of vegetables and herbs that are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. We learn about herbs with medicinal properties that are used in folk medicine and in the kitchen.
Fascinating, informative, tasty and useful - so this tour will pass!
