About me and my experience
I am one of those who fell in love with Georgia at first sight. I like it all and I would love to live in all the quiet and picturesque places I visited at the same time. I love nature, silence, my secluded estate and bees. On my plot, I built a small wooden house in the style of a bungalow and plant all the flowering plants I find in Adjara. My fascination with bees began with my love of honey. But when I figured out how beekeeping is now customary, I realized that I do not want to eat honey from such beekeeping. I had to study a lot of information to learn how to get the honey that our ancestors ate before the chemical industry and pharmaceuticals penetrated into all areas of our lives. I will gladly show you this beauty, which I enjoy myself and share with you the knowledge that will be useful to you for a lifetime.
My services and offers
Once in Georgia, you want to stay, or at least come back. And take home some of it, for example, a jar of unique Georgian honey. But how to choose the one that has absorbed all the variety of plants inherent only in this area, among the numerous honey shops under the sun or long supermarket shelves? That's my tour. And even though I'm a beekeeper myself, in the recent past I've been an ordinary, unsophisticated buyer of honey. I learned something that beekeepers and honey vendors never talk about, the downside of modern beekeeping. Let’s start with a quick look at the history of beekeeping. You will see wrestling in a live tree, decks and other unusual hive designs. And then I'm going to tell you in detail, and I'm going to show you all the negative aspects of modern beekeeping that make me never want to consume honey, which is sold everywhere. I will give you simple criteria, thanks to which you will learn how to find truly natural honey without admixtures of chemical drugs and sugar, not only in Georgia, but also in your country. You can also try some of the unique varieties of local honey. After that, I'll take you to Mtirala National Park in a way that only the locals can walk. At the end of our tour, you can have lunch in a Georgian house, in a family from among my good neighbors.
