Dubrovnik. History of the Jewish community. Thematic walking tour

I invite you to a thematic walking tour of Dubrovnik. On the tour you will see the main attractions related to the life of the Jewish community in the fortress of the old city. You will learn how the Jewish community arose and developed in old Dubrovnik and how the inhabitants of the Jewish ghetto lived from the foundation to the present day, visit the oldest synagogue after Prague’s Dubrovnik and the synagogue museum, as well as visit a specialized souvenir shop.

During the tour, I will tell you about all the most interesting things: about the first Jewish refugees who settled in Dubrovnik, about the emergence of the ghetto, about the history of the synagogue, about the transfer of the old Jewish cemetery.
