Nizhny Novgorod received the title of “New Year’s Capital of Russia-2022”

The culmination of the ceremony was the transfer from Kaluga to Nizhny Novgorod of the main symbol of the project "New Year's capital of Russia" - Crystal snowflake.
Festive events in Nizhny Novgorod in the status of the official "New Year's capital of Russia" will begin in December 2021 and continue in the New Year holidays-2022.
Nizhny Novgorod masters of the Kazakovsky Artistic Products Enterprise hand-made the traditional symbol of the project - "Crystal Snowflake" in filigree technique. In January 2022, this symbol will be handed over to the city, which will be the next New Year’s capital.
