Plans of Russians for the New Year: 15% plan a trip, 5% definitely go on a trip
More than half of Russian potential tourists plan to stay at home for the New Year, and another quarter can not yet "plan for so long," a survey showed.
The survey involved 2,200 people. More than half of Russians, or 54%, will not go anywhere for the New Year holidays and spend them at home.

Russians again began buying tickets for the New Year holidays in July-August, immediately after the lull.
It is noteworthy that tickets are bought even in those cities, the opening of flights with which has not yet been officially announced. 10% of travelers plan to fly abroad, 90% are set on vacation in Russia.
