Rosturizm told about the second stage of the cashback program for tours
Rosturizm suggested tour operators to begin preparations for the second stage of the cashback program for tours in Russia, which will take place in October.
Tour operators and hotels that participated in the first stage of the program may not receive identifiers again, if the previous ones were not used after the completion of the promotion and no purchases were made on them.
At the second stage, the rules of the cashback program will change: the minimum threshold for refunds will be removed, and the maximum amount of cashback will be 50 thousand rubles.
The minimum number of days of rest for participation in the program will be reduced from 4 to 2 to take part in the event. The program will include sanatorium and resort enterprises.
At the second stage of the program, the number of cashback charges on the same card "MIR" is not limited. Tour packages and accommodation services will be offered to tourists for the period until January 10, 2021 - with the capture of the high New Year season. The launch date has not yet been announced.
The Russian government has allocated 15 billion rubles for a program to support domestic tourism, which was affected by the coronavirus pandemic. The first stage was attended by about 70 thousand tourists, they bought tours for 1.4 billion rubles.
