S7 Airlines allows up to five animals in the cabin
S7 Airlines has increased the number of pets allowed for transportation in the cabin.
Now its customers can take with them on the flight up to five pets.
Animals can be placed in a previously purchased adjacent passenger seat or under the front seat. At the same time, no more than two pets can be located next to the owner. The animals must be in the container throughout the flight.
The airline allowed to transport pets in the next seat in December 2020. At that time, no more than two pets were allowed to take with them to the salon.
Svetlana Kulyukina, Director of the Passenger Experience Department at S7 Group, noted that the company noticed an increased demand for the new service. “Since the beginning of the year alone, more than 400 travelers have used the flight service at a separate location.”
Earlier in January, S7 Airlines launched the S7 Select service, which allows you to book an aircraft for personal flights. So far, it is only available for travel in Russia with departure from Moscow or Moscow. The flight price is fixed and does not change from the number of passengers on board. You can fly from Moscow to Sochi for 1 365 210 rubles.
