How much are air tickets to Cairo, Dubai, Male?
The analytical center of the service Tutu reports on the cost of air tickets to Cairo, Dubai and Male - the cities with which Russia resumes flights.
Egypt, the UAE, the Maldives were among the top countries, the opening of air links with which the Russians expected the most. According to the survey, Egypt received 7% of the vote and entered the top 5, the Maldives and the UAE – 2% of the vote and entered the top 15.
It is difficult to predict the actual demand for airfares: it will depend on their cost, epidemiological situation, requirements for travelers and restrictions due to the pandemic during and after travel.
Analysts Tutu recorded an increase in the number of tickets in the three directions by about 5 times, but it takes time to assess the real demand.
Of the three open destinations, the minimum ticket price for September is to Cairo. In September, tickets are offered from 24-25 thousand rubles (Turkish Airlines, transfers in Istanbul). Such prices are available for tickets with departures after September 15.
In October there are dates when tickets cost less: for 17 thousand rubles there are offers from Royal Jordanian (transfer in Amman), at the end of October tickets from 9-10 thousand rubles from Aegan (transfer in Athens). At the end of October, Aeroflot has tickets for direct flights, from 13.8 thousand rubles.
In Dubai after September 15 prices start from 17 thousand rubles. The lowest prices are at AirAstana (transfer in Nur-Sultan or Almaty).
Direct flights Flydubai and Emirates in the second half of September from 26-30 thousand rubles. For October, tickets for 9-10 thousand rubles (the offers have “Victory”).
In Male from September 15, the average minimum price of 30 thousand rubles (offers of Qatar airline, transfer in Doha). In October, tickets from 24-26 thousand rubles (Turkish Airlines, transfer in Istanbul).
In 2019, prices for tickets from Moscow to Cairo for September-October began at 12.8 thousand rubles. Tickets in both directions - from 23-24 thousand rubles.
In Male from Moscow minimum prices one way at the level of 21.5 thousand rubles in September and 21.8 thousand rubles in October. Round-trip tickets cost from 38 thousand rubles in September, and in October the minimum prices approached the bar of 50 thousand rubles.
In Dubai for September and October 2019 sold tickets from 11.5 -12 thousand rubles in one direction, round trip tickets - from 21 thousand rubles.
