Sochi: how many tourists visited the resort in the New Year?
The authorities of Sochi note a serious load on the transport complex of the city during the New Year holidays, when about 50 thousand motorists and 120 thousand air tourists arrived.
For 10 days of New Year holidays Sochi was visited by about 270 thousand tourists. From December 31 to January 10, about 50,000 cars entered the city through the Magri post. Every day about 20 thousand cars of residents and guests of Sochi arrived in Krasnaya Polyana.
In the last days of the New Year holidays, the number of tourists leaving Sochi has increased. On January 8, about 18,000 passengers left the city.
