Tourists of another Russian city of one million will fly to Turkey
Airport Nizhny Novgorod Strigino posted an updated schedule.
In March, tourists will fly to UAE and Turkey. From March 3 to flights to Dubai together with the tour operator Biblio-Globus will start the airline "Russia" once a week, on Wednesdays. Flights on Boeing 737, capacity of 189 seats.
Since March, from Nizhny Novgorod, flight programs to Antalya (Turkey) have been announced: Nordwind from March 14, AZUR air from March 15, Royal Flight from 19 and Red Wings from 30.
Strigino Airport has the opportunity to resume departure and reception of international flights from February 8.
Among the first directions opened for Nizhny Novgorod residents were Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. Airlines, in particular, affiliated with tour operators, were slow to announce plans to fly to popular countries, but by the beginning of the spring season, the situation with flights became clearer. There were no direct international flights in the city for almost a year.
Tourists traveled to the resorts through Moscow. After the resumption of flights, the retailer expects a gradual increase in sales. While the demand is difficult to call hype, and there is no guarantee that the announced flights will not be canceled at the last minute.
The general mood of travel agents is optimistic, bookings are expected to be activated by the beginning of the hot season.
