Sturgeon farm

Sturgeon farm "Astrakhan chip" is one of the four largest enterprises for the cultivation of sturgeon fish in the Astrakhan region. The farm has 180 cages for growing fish in its natural conditions, where it is possible to see the process of reproduction and cultivation of sturgeon, sterlet, beluga and bestera.

Two excursion options are offered:
1) Tour with a royal dinner of fish raised on the farm. Lunch includes sterlet ear, as well as delicious sturgeon baked with potatoes.
(2) Fish delicacies tour: hot and cold smoked balyks.

During the tour, guests will learn all the features of growing sturgeon, beluga sterlet and bester, and will also be able to participate in the process of feeding sturgeon. Here will tell in detail about the process of obtaining caviar in vivo, as well as the intricacies of keeping juveniles in pools. Those who wish will have the opportunity to release a live sturgeon into the river according to the old fishing belief and make a wish that will come true.

On the territory of the sturgeon farm there are:

• Floating restaurant for 70 seats, with a wide selection of dishes from fish sturgeon and partial breeds.
• Open terrace for 60 people, on the bank of the river.
• Equipped place for swimming.
• There are many places for fishing, where guests will find a large catch.
