About the company:
A truly good "Soviet" restaurant can only be obtained from those who did not really live in the Soviet Union. That is, lived, of course – went to kindergarten, ate ice cream, went to school. But he did not have time to face serious problems, retaining for the most part candy and plush memories from the word “socialism”. Funny and theatrical restaurant "GlavPivTorg" opened just such people. They did not even open, but “considered” for three – one built, the second believed, the third adjusted. The third – director Dmitry Smirnov, who passed the school of authoritative “Bavarius” and “Durdin”, did everything to ensure that his beer restaurant was nothing like any other. And he succeeded. Starting from the tablet “Table for a chocolate”, surrounded for persuasiveness by shiny blocks of “Inspiration”, and ending with a “crucified” vobla between two pencil scraps, “GlavPivTorg” is a unique place. Not a restaurant, but a whole "Ministry of Healthy Recreation", invented from floor to ceiling, but very similar to the present. With red carpets, plaster Ilyich, table lamps in green lampshades and tea in cupholders. The menu is suitable for the setting: “Yalta” vegetable salad, “Astrakhan” fish, “Order set” of sandwiches with sprats, lard, roast beef, salmon and foresmak, schnitzel “in ministerial terms”, cutlets “in Kiev”, sturgeon “in Moscow”... Old recipes in high-quality restaurant performance and to tears familiar performance: with potato tannics, green peas in sand tartlets and golden straw fried onions. Ghost food, but not its taste. However, no one prevents you from admiring the memorial from beer mugs under the slogan "Demand more beer after foam sludge", destroying, for example, baked in dough hare pate, and birch juice from the unknown where the extracted juice station to order after the leg of a young lamb. That's only with the "White Sea Canal" be careful - to feel all the savor of strong Soviet cigarettes, the generation who grew up on filtered imports of nostalgia alone is not enough.
