Description:

The embankment on the left bank of the Obvodny Canal across the Volkovka River crosses the Novo-Brick Bridge, which in the 19th century was on the natural riverbed. For the construction, the plan of the engineer Bugaeva and Vasiliev was used, the bridge occupied the niche of the first railway bridge, which was built in Soviet Leningrad. Three spans with a w/b hingeless arch and two semi-arches over the side spans. The length of the first railway bridge is 49 meters, and its width was 13 meters.
