Sushi-bar "Eden" is the first of the bars and restaurants of Vladivostok decided to offer its visitors exotic dishes of Japanese cuisine - sushi, sashimi, miso, shabu-shabu. Our bar opened in January 1998. A city so close to Japan should have a bar with traditional exotic Japanese dishes. Therefore, the appearance of our bar is natural and long-awaited. The first sushi chef of our bar is Mr. Lane Mitsuo Manriki, a Japanese born in the United States. While working at the sushi bar counter, he also taught our chefs Japanese cooking. Being a sushi chef by vocation, masterfully mastering the technique of culinary art, Mr. Manriki passed on to our chefs not only important techniques for cooking sushi and other dishes, but also taught the philosophy of Japanese cuisine, attitude to products and the obligatory sensitivity of sushi-chef hands. After all, the sushi chef works with his hands, transferring his energy, his mood to culinary products. And now our chefs, his students, can please the most demanding tastes of visitors. Japanese cuisine is as interesting, unique and mysterious as the Japanese islands. Therefore, we try to surround you with the atmosphere of the amazing culture of the country of the rising sun. This contributes not only to the kitchen, but also dishes, interior, objects that surround you. Our doors are open to you every day from 11:00 to 24:00, sushi-time from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00. We will be happy to offer you all kinds of sushi, sashimi, tempura, miso, as well as a variety of fried dishes. In our menu at your service is always fresh fish and seafood, as well as sake, green tea, beer Sapporo and Asahi. For lovers of exoticism, our sushi chef offers traditional shabu-shabu, in the preparation of which you take an active part.
