Relax in Swiss. Gruyère cheese, delicate chocolate, alpine baths
First we will go to the homeland of Swiss cheese and the resting place of kings – Gruyère.

A charming medieval town in the foothills of the Alps, located on a hilltop at the foot of the second - after Chillon - the most visited castle in Switzerland (1.5 million people per year). The capital of the former independent county of Gruyères. The birthplace of Gruyère cheese. The best place to drink real village milk is to try Swiss cheese dishes "fondu" or "raclet" and fresh berries with thick Gruyère cream.

You will visit the castle of the merry Counts of Gruyères, the museum of the Swiss surrealist artist H. R. Giger, who received an Oscar for the scenery for the film Alien released in 1979.

Then we will go to the demonstration cheese factory, where you will have the opportunity to learn all the secrets of the production of gruyere cheese. Twice a day farmers bring milk here. Under the close supervision of tourists, cheesemakers produce up to 48 heads of gruyere cheese every day. Demonstration is a journey to the heart of the senses. Headphones invite you into the thick of what is happening. Bells, flora of local alpine meadows, hay, cow skin, linden, cheese brushes and much more.

At the cheese factory there is a small shop where you can try and buy three types of cheese "Gruyer" (soft, semi-salted and salty), a fondue mixture, caramel fudges from Gruyère milk, milk confiture, meringues (beze) and other local products.

Then we go to the chocolate factory. You will discover the very first chocolate factory in Broca, home to the leading Swiss chocolate producer Cailler. Founded in 1819, Cailler is the world’s first chocolate company. You will find the factory in the same beautiful place, in the middle of green meadows and against the backdrop of the most beautiful Swiss mountains, an amazing view! It is fresh milk and the constant use of original recipes developed by François-Louis Cailler that give Cailler chocolate its amazing taste and softness. At the end of the tour of the factory - of course, tasting.

At your request, we will go to the thermal complex Les Bains de La Gruyère, made in the traditional alpine style at an altitude of 900 m.

Natural mineral water, which is heated with the help of live fire from wood, the melodic sound of the waterfall - a symbol of this center - all this successfully harmonizes with clean air and an unforgettable view of the Alps. On the territory of the thermal complex there are two pools with thermal water: closed and open. Depending on the season, the temperature of water saturated with useful minerals ranges from 32 to 33oC. On the territory of the thermal center there is a wellness complex offering various treatments.
