Café C&M Café und Mehr

C&M cafe und mehr was opened in the Swiss ski resort of Grindenwald in 2003. Cafe owners Christina Zhuque and Mandel Inabnit reconstructed the wooden chalet, which previously housed the climbing center, turning it into a cozy and stylish restaurant. On two floors of the C&M can accommodate about sixty people, another fifty in good weather can be located on an open terrace with beautiful views of the mountains.

The menu of the cafe adheres to the principle of seasonality and prefers local products. Try a salad with dried meat, orange slices and hazelnuts under balsamic sauce, lemongrass soup or ravioli with spinach, gorgonzola cheese and walnuts. As a main course, order beef clipping stewed in Irish, garnished with figs marinated in port wine, and potato casserole. For dessert, try the Black Forest cake.
