Individual excursions to Montenegro with a Russian guide from Budva

On a wine tour of Montenegro, we visit several private wineries located around Lake Skadar. You will be invited to taste several types of raki "Slivovitsu", "Dunya", "Casia" and of course masterpieces of winemaking - "Vranac", "Krstach", "Rizling".

Then, after a boat ride, we will go to two wineries that belong to local families.

We will see how the wine is made if we visit in September or October. The Montenegrin hosts will kindly invite us to a table served by local snacks by specialists: dried meat "Prsut", "Negush cheese", olives and olives.

In the next village we will visit the vineyard, see how wine is produced, go down to the cool cellars and get acquainted with the technology of wine production. Let's try a new young wine straight from the barrels.

Each family winery has its own characteristics and secrets of winemaking passed down from generation to generation. The history of winemaking in these places has not a single thousand years - for the first time the Romans brought here wine in the 2nd century. Numerous certificates on the walls were obtained at wine competitions in Yugoslav times.

The second part of our trip is gastronomic. We will visit a fish or meat restaurant. These authentic Montenegrin establishments were opened more than a hundred years ago. Here we will see photos of Kral Nikola with his guard eating in this restaurant.

We will taste such national dishes as: "Lamb under Sach", "Satarash", Negush sausage, "Marinated cripple", "Kachamak" homemade bread and vegetables on the grill.

After a little rest in the afternoon, we return to the coast to Budva.
