Each winery has its own charm. Some of Chile’s wine houses pride themselves on putting the wine production process on an organic basis, switching from fertilizers and insecticides to natural raw materials such as natural mineral powder, breeding farm poultry that helps cope with insect pests, as well as other animals used in winery work, there are also those who have successfully abandoned the use of machines that collect grapes and returned to the old manual method of collecting.

Interesting are the ancient wineries of the Maipo Valley, which preserved the cellars of the nineteenth century. Sometimes, wine production is a hobby of a family that owns vineyards, and some families combine it with other hobbies - for example, breeding horses of a certain breed, or dressage.
