К сожалению, мой опыт с этим гидом был крайне неприятным. Нонна Фролова производит впечатление высокомерного и неуважительного человека. Общается резко, перебивает, не даёт задать вопросы и совершенно не заинтересована в комфорте туристов.
Информация, которую она даёт, поверхностная и часто противоречивая. Создаётся ощущение, что экскурсия проводится по шаблону без желания действительно рассказать или увлечь слушателей. Кроме того, во время общения позволяла себе оскорбительные и политически окрашенные комментарии, что абсолютно недопустимо в работе с туристами.
Не рекомендую. В Венеции есть много гидов, которые действительно любят своё дело и уважают людей.
