When roasted on a pan or grill, it is covered with a crispy crust. To taste this type of cheese is slightly salted. It is served as a snack to wine, added to pies, omelets, soups and other traditional Cypriot dishes.

The factory produces high quality luxury chocolate, some of which are covered with gold leaf. We will walk around the factory and watch the process of making delicious sweets.
