Which regions of Russia are most popular when selling tours with cashback
The first week of sales of tours within the second stage of the cashback program showed that the southern destinations – the Krasnodar Territory and the Crimea – are in the greatest demand, as in the summer months.
The Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) reports that they close the three leaders of Kavminvoda, but the gap in the number of vouchers sold from Sochi and Crimea is serious.
“The average check of the tour with cashback in different directions, by types of tourism, and also depending on the dates of arrival - the New Year period is more expensive. Most of the surveyed companies have an average ticket check for the promotion now costs 25-35 thousand rubles per tour.
"Health-recovery tours with a refund are sold from 30 thousand rubles per person, excursion tours - from 15 thousand rubles."
The second stage of the program of stimulating tourist trips in Russia continues until December 5 - those who wish can buy tours and accommodation in hotels with a subsequent cashback of 20% of the cost of services.
The maximum amount of return is increased to 20 thousand rubles, the minimum duration of the tour or accommodation is reduced from four to two nights. Travel can begin from the moment of payment and return to 23.59 MSK on January 10, 2021.
