Kamchatka removes the access regime for guests of the region; hotels are opened in the Republic of Mari El

The Ministry of Health of the Kamchatka Territory reports that in Kamchatka, due to the normalization of the situation for coronavirus infection, mandatory electronic passes for visitors without a local residence permit are canceled.

Since June 10, entry to the region was allowed, in addition to local residents, at the invitation of employers, travel companies or close relatives. The pass regime was introduced as a measure to prevent the importation and spread of a new coronavirus infection.

Heads of a number of regions of the Volga Federal District with the onset of autumn introduce changes to documents on restrictive measures due to the spread of COVID-19.

At full load, organizations can work, where members of sports teams of the Russian Federation and the republic train. At the competitions, the presence of spectators is allowed, provided that the occupancy rate is not more than 30% of seats,

"Also without restrictions on occupancy, the work of hotels, boarding houses, houses and recreation centers, sanatoriums, sanatoriums and recreational children's camps of year-round operation, as well as other sanatorium and resort organizations is allowed."

From September 1, “in strict compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements”, children’s playrooms, children’s entertainment centers, circles and sections, including those located in shopping and entertainment centers and cultural houses, can work.

Also open cinemas, baths and saunas and food courts in shopping centers. The theater and concert season starts from September 15.

In Saransk (Mordovia) on September 1, city parks and a zoo will open.
