The trademark "Kazan is the gastronomic capital of Russia" was registered on January 20 by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property. This status will allow in the future to increase the flow of tourists to the capital of Tatarstan, as well as to organize special gastronomic tours.
Obtaining the patent “Kazan – the gastronomic capital of Russia” will help the city’s brand to develop, and will help in popularizing Tatar cuisine.
