My name is Akhmedzyanova Oksana, I am a tour guide. I live in the beautiful city of Kazan Republic of Tatarstan.
I was born in 1979, graduated from school, then the Yelabuga Pedagogical Institute, worked in the education department, but all my life I remembered my childhood dream of working as a tour guide. Therefore, I decided to implement it and get this cherished specialty at the historical faculty of Kazan Federal University. And then I immediately took a job in the Kazan Kremlin, where I began to practice excursions and constantly improve: every year I passed accreditation, various trainings and trainings. In 2015, I was already among the 3 prize-winners of the city competition "Star of Hospitality" as the best guide, where the award and commemorative diplomas in the building of the Kazan Town Hall were presented to us by the mayor of the city Ilsur Metshin himself. I become one of the 24 tour guides of our travel agency, now we annually receive guests from different cities and countries.

Экскурсовод очень скучно и монотонно проводит экскурсии, совершенно ничего не понравилось, ведёт себя высокомерно. Ожидали большего, не стоит своих денег, пожалели что, выбрали, лучше бы поехали на групповую
