Excursion with a visit to the snail farm in the restaurant-winehouse Chateau Pinault

The tour includes a trip to the vineyards to the snail farm, as well as a visit to the winery. The farm is located in a picturesque location next to vineyards in the forest, it began its work in May 2018. On an area of 150 m2 in special "houses" today lives about 8000 snails. On the tour you can observe the calm and measured life of unusual pets, learn a lot about the habits, features, lifestyle of snails, as well as who and when first decided to cook them and how the snail became a world delicacy. Then a visit to the winery, where natural wine "Manor Myshako" is prepared - a production workshop and a descent into the cellars, where the wine is aged in oak barrels.

Tasting snails "Escargo", baked in a shell with three classic sauces - in Burgundy, sauce based on butter, herbs and garlic, snails in a delicate creamy cheese sauce and snails in a savory mustard sauce. Snails are served accompanied by 3 wines "Manor Myshako".
