The soave name alone encrypts everything that distinguishes these wines from others. Gentle, pleasant ... that is how it is translated soave.

Soave DOC is exclusively white wine. The “main violin” in the production of wine is a variety of garganeg.

Characteristic notes in the aroma: almonds, wild flowers, hawthorn. Often, the company of the “main violin” consists of varieties: chardonnay, trebbiano, pinot bianco, bringing with them notes of aroma: tropical fruits, yellow or green apples.

Grapes grow on hills of volcanic origin, the result is unique - the wines are fresh, harmonious with good minerality.

In addition to dry wines, Soava also produces sweet wines from dried grapes - Recioto di Soave DOCG. This rare, and therefore valuable drink, balanced gamma, fullness, as well as a bright aroma of honey, acacia, almonds, citrus fruits. Recioto can be found both in the form of quiet wine and in the guise of sparkling.
