From September 23, Russians are required to observe self-isolation at the place of residence until the results of this test are obtained.
On October 2, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that the government does not want to reintroduce self-isolation, but if citizens neglect security measures, then there may be no other way.
We hope that Russia will not close its borders. Turkey also does not want to abandon the Russians – in September alone, Antalya was visited by almost half a million guests from Russia.
