Ecological tourism: construction of glampings will begin in the Perm region

Perm Krai is interested in the construction of glampings in the region, potential investors will receive financial support for the project.

This was reported by Yulia Vetoshkina, head of the agency for tourism and youth policy of the Perm region.

“In the near future we are waiting for the launch of the Rostourism program on glamping. From the Perm region, we have two entrepreneurs from the Wasp, they have become general partners of one of the companies that deals with glamping and has the exclusive right to it.

According to Vetoshkina, entrepreneurs will need financial support for the construction of glampings, and partially the money for the project will be allocated from the regional budget. In turn, we are ready to provide co-financing from our regional budget to develop tourism.

The first in the region glamping "Bering Bay" was opened in 2020 in the city of Osa on the Kama River.

The head of the agency says there are very few campsites and glampings in the region, but there is demand. “Next year we will increase the number of facilities across the region, and we have the resources to do that.”

Rostourism will allocate grants to entrepreneurs for the creation of modular hotels - camping, glamping, autocamping from 300 thousand to 3 million rubles. The purpose of the program is to stimulate the creation of a network of such accommodation facilities in Russia, which will allow the regions to offer comfortable outdoor recreation.
