Where is it good to live in Russia? Top comfortable megacities
The Urbanika Institute of Territorial Planning has compiled a rating of the most comfortable and affordable cities in Russia.

Experts analyzed the quality of the environment in 100 megacities of Russia, and the cost of living in them in the calculation of the average salary for this settlement.
The top was based on data for 2019 (in the previous year – for 2018), since the official social and economic indicators for 2020 have not yet been summed up.
Moscow in the ranking entered the top five cities, although in the previous one it was only in 52nd place. The authors explain this place in the ranking by improving indicators on the availability of modern retail space and the quality of improvement.
The first two places of the rating are the same since 2020 – Krasnodar and Surgut. They follow. TyumenSliding St. Petersburg from third place.
In the top ten for comfort and quality of life entered Murmansk. Twerk.Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Magnitogorsk. ufa. The last places in the ranking took chita. armavir. bijsk. ulan-ude. ussuriysk. At the same time, Ussuriysk takes the last place for the second year in a row.
Russians have named the cities with the best salaries. According to 86% of residents of the country, the highest salary in the specialty can be received in Moscow. St. Petersburg is followed by 29% of respondents. The respondents called ekaterinburg. Novosibirsk. Sochi. Kazan.
