The head of the region Veniamin Kondratiev said that the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection in the Krasnodar Territory is stable and controlled, there are no prerequisites for the resumption of the quarantine regime.
The last two weeks in the region confirmed no more than 93 cases of infection per day, increasing the number of recoveries. Discharged 9591 people – 81% of the total number of cases.
Veniamin Kondratiev: There are no prerequisites for panic. We are not considering returning quarantine or strict restrictions anytime soon. On the contrary, additional relaxations are possible. But we also understand that the situation can change. The implementation of Rospotrebnadzor's regulations must be closely monitored.”
In the Telegram channel V. Kondratiev said that if necessary, will close “only individual enterprises – where found the focus of the disease”.
Since September 3, the region has remained on high alert for another two weeks, for people over 65 years old and people with chronic diseases, the self-isolation regime has been extended.
In the Krasnodar region, the necessary facilities have been created for the treatment of patients with COVID-19: 4289 beds have been deployed in 21 infectious diseases hospitals, there are medicines, necessary equipment and ventilation. If necessary, the bed fund can increase to 6 thousand beds.
