Rosaviatsia will offer to partially open international flights from July 15

Rosaviatsiya will send a proposal to Rospotrebnadzor on the partial opening of international flights from July 15.

About this RBC reported a source in one of the major airlines.

First, Russia can open flights to 15 countries. Rosaviatsia may offer the first to open borders with European countries, including Turkey, China and South Korea.

All proposals will be discussed by the operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus, and the key decision will remain with Rospotrebnadzor.

The decision to resume communication with these countries will depend on the consent of the countries to receive flights from Russia.

Similar information about the proposal to partially open flights was transmitted to TASS, also referring to a source in the airline.

The proposals of Rosaviatsiya were formed at a meeting with major air carriers. The meeting was held after the order of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on the restoration of international air traffic and the development of the industry.

According to Interfax, flights to the EAEU and CIS countries can begin first.
