Domestic tourism returns from July 1, family destinations will receive priority support

Russia is ready to gradually open the tourist season. On June 8, the head of the government of the country Mikhail Mishustin said at a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers.

Deputy Prime Minister of Russia for culture, sports and tourism Dmitry Chernyshenko: by June 15, the heads of regions should submit plans to open a full season.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Russia noted that family tourism will receive priority support. Families with children are expected to receive preferential rates. The government also promises to help entrepreneurs who create parks, camping hotels, eco-projects.

Russians will be offered more than a dozen new routes for recreation on Baikal, Altai, Khakassia, Kaliningrad region and other destinations.

There is a possibility of charter flights on these routes, which will significantly reduce the cost of vouchers.

For example, a ten-day tour to Lake Baikal can cost 45,000 RUB, which, according to the Deputy Prime Minister, is an achievement.
