About me and my experience
A professional tour guide with extensive experience, accreditation for excursions in the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin and a personal car.
Graduated from the philological faculty of Nizhny Novgorod State University named after Lobachevsky. A journalist with more than 20 years of experience.
Author of articles about the history of GAZ. The author of the book "GL-1" about the first Soviet racing car produced by the Gorky Automobile Plant.

My services and offers
Without the usual stamps! No clichés! Only a vivid story about the city with almost eight hundred years of history, its famous people, the most beautiful buildings, ancient temples, legendary factories, unique cities and places of the Nizhny Novgorod region. According to this principle, all my excursions are designed for groups from 1 to 50 people, of any duration, on foot and by transport - car, minivan, minibus and bus.
All this is possible with the organization of stay, drawing up an individual suitable interesting excursion program, meeting at the railway station and at the airport, ordering food, transport, if necessary - accommodation.

Review
Neighborhood of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin. Walking tour in the center of Nizhny Novgorod lasting 2 or 3 hours. It is dedicated to the ancient streets-rays that depart from the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin: the Great Pokrovskaya, Christmas, Upper Volga embankment. Details of the route are discussed individually.
The City Ring. Excursion by transport - car, minibus or bus - lasting 3 hours or more. It allows you to visit the best observation decks, visit the most beautiful temples, and see the most important objects for the history of the whole of Russia - the territory of the famous Nizhny Novgorod fair, the famous Strelka, Fedorovsky embankment overlooking the confluence of the Oka and the Volga. We will pass through the old streets of Ilyinskaya, Christmas, Upper Volga embankment. We will see the "wooden Lower" and urban subtext, which is usually not shown to tourists. The route is negotiated individually.
Note: a combined walking and transport sightseeing tour is possible.

"Russian Detroit." Author's tour in 2 parts lasting 2 or 3 hours. The first part is devoted to the unprecedented history of the Gorky Automobile Plant, built in 1932 according to Ford principles, Ford technologies and for the licensed production of Ford cars. What were the dominant American genes of the Gorky Automobile Plant? What happened to the designers who cultivated these genes in each new model? Why is Russian Detroit the opposite? This will be discussed at the Main Passing Plant, the legendary GAZ-AA one and a half, the T-70 tank and other facilities. The second part is about the first buildings of Sotsgorod - a city for workers, founded simultaneously with the factory. Built on American technologies and under the control of American specialists, the plant and the city under it developed according to the Russian scenario. That’s why they are a Russian Detroit.
Famous Nizhny Novgorod citizens and their women. A 2-hour walk through the center of Nizhny Novgorod with a fascinating story about how the beloved women of the famous natives of the Nizhny Novgorod land - Maxim Gorky, Yakov Sverdlov, Yevgeny Evstigneev, Ivan Kulibin, Vasily Rozanov, Valery Chkalov inspired their achievements and exploits.
Radio Houses of Nizhny Novgorod. Author's tour of transport. In 3 hours you can not only see the unique houses of Nizhny Novgorod, the shape of which is part of the circle, but also get acquainted with the four districts of Nizhny Novgorod - Avtozavodsky, Leninsky, Kanavinsky and Nizhny Novgorod.
Thematic
"Secrets of Zapochainha." 2-hour walk through the oldest district of Nizhny Novgorod, which has preserved houses and temples of the XVII century.
Unknown Christmas. Walking 2 hours along this street, you can find the surviving pre-revolutionary details and take a fresh look at the old Christmas - a place of poverty and luxury, food and shops, demolished and surviving churches, pre-revolutionary and Soviet factories.
"Temples and monasteries of Nizhny Novgorod". In the program of a 3-hour transport tour - all the most important and most beautiful temples of the city: the main cathedral of Nizhny Novgorod - Alexander Nevsky Cathedral on Strelka, the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin of 1719 in the style of Stroganov Baroque, the Pechersk Monastery with its authentic architectural ensemble of the XVII century and many other monasteries.
Art Nouveau style in the architecture of Nizhny Novgorod of the early twentieth century. 2 or 3-hour tour of the center of Nizhny Novgorod with a story about the most unusual buildings of the city, built at the dawn of the last century.
Sormovo is the heart of shipbuilding. Excursion to the historical center of Sormova, where in 1849 the oldest shipbuilding enterprise of Russia was founded, now - "Red Sormovo". On weekdays you can visit the museum of the plant. In the summer, as part of the excursion, swimming in the cleanest lake of the city - Silikatnoye is possible.
Country trips
A trip with a sightseeing tour of the oldest city of the Nizhny Novgorod region, founded by Yuri Dolgoruky in 1152.
"Semenov is the capital of the Russian spoon and the golden khokhloma." Sightseeing tour of Semyonov with a visit to the factory "Khokhlomskaya painting" and museums.
"In the footsteps of Seraphim of Sarov." Journey to the Holy Trinity Seraphim-Diveevsky Monastery with a visit to the holy springs.
"Arzamas-town - Moscow corner." A trip to the ancient Russian city of Arzamas with a tour of its historical part, visiting temples and museums (optional).
"Old Paleh and Ancient Shuya." A trip with a visit to the museum of lacquer miniatures in Paleja (optional) and a tour of the historical center of Shuya, the symbol of which is the 106-meter bell tower. It is possible to visit the mansion of the founder of the factory "Shuyskoe calico" Mikhail Pavlov and the company store of the factory.
"On the Murom Road." Travel to Murom, the homeland of Ilya Muromets, with a visit to the monasteries of the XVI-XVII centuries.
"There every stone remembers Pushkin." A trip to Bolshoy Boldino with a visit to a genuine estate, where Pushkin wrote a record number of his works.
Cultural and recreational activities
Journey to the Russian Atlantis. A trip to Lake Svetloyar, which is associated with the legend of the sunken city of Kitezh. Possibly swimming.
"In the footsteps of the Sheremetev family." The route covers several settlements that previously belonged to Sheremetev: the city of Bogorodsk - the capital of Russian leather and ceramics (you can visit the museum of ceramics); Pavlovo is a city of castles, knives, cutlery, goose fights and lemons; Worsma with the Vorsmensky Ostrovoezersky Monastery (possible bathing in Lake Tuskanka) and Sartakovo with its source and temple to Prince Vladimir.
Iron Rose City. A trip to Vorsma, where in the XVIII century Ivan and Andrei Batashev founded 18 metallurgical plants and created a unique manor area. A tour of the Batashev manor house, where a museum is created, is possible. Swimming in the Batashev pond in the garden territory - at will.
Gorokhovets is a city of merchant chambers. Excursion to Gorokhovets, which has preserved seven chambers of the XVII century and unique samples of wooden modernity. Possible swimming in the cleanest spring and a little rest on the banks of Klyazma.
"To the homeland of Valery Chkalov." A trip to Chkalovsk with a visit to the family home of the famous pilot and hangar with his planes and personal car. Possibly swimming in the Volga.
