About me and my experience
In 2000, at the invitation of friends, I came to Spain to taste the famous Spanish jamon, wine, cheese and other delights of Spanish cuisine, and soak up the sun. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and hospitality of the Spanish. These people combine absolutely everything, hard work and laziness, excitement and economy, modesty and bluster, but most of all I was struck by their openness and patriotism.
And so it happened that my stay in Spain lasted for 25 years, I fell in love and fell ill with this beautiful people and their country. If I had a choice today in which place on our small planet to live, I would again, without hesitation, choose Spain, namely Andalusia, this wonderful and fertile land, with its mild and gentle climate.
